Why It Works
Imagine Two Kinds Of Traders

Imagine 2 kinds of traders, Fundamental traders and Technical traders which have vastly different approaches to trading the forex markets. The technical trader makes decisions to enter a trade based solely on charts and past price movement, while the Fundamental trader tries to forecast what will happen based on current events in economics and geo-political policies. Would you pick between being a technical trader or being a fundamental trader? Chances are you would based on the skill set that you have. In other words, there is usually (but not always) a great divide between the two styles of trading -- either be technical or be fundamental.

Now imagine a system that combines both Technical analysis and fundamental analysis when choosing and executing trades. What if the Fundamental trader tells you that the 6 month horizon for a currency will continue to trend up then the technical trader tells you at that same time that there is an opportunity to buy now as he sees it on the chart. The moment that the two styles of analysis synchronize, would you think that the chances of the currency going in that direction increases two-fold? Yes. Now this is by no means a guarantee but rather an increase of the odds in your favor.

This is what our system attempts to do every week on a day by day basis. In essence, we assist you in timing your trades when there is a synchronization between both fundamentals and technicals which we believe can provide more consistent and more positive results.

Is this similar to trading the news? Not really, most systems out there that provide forecasts for trading the news will inform traders to buy if the actual result comes out at this level or to sell if the news comes out at another level. Traders who follow these forecasts usually need to really be paying attention and have to be in and out of the markets within a few minutes.

Our system follows the philosophy of "Trade the Perception, Not the News" (modified from the old wall street adage: "Buy the Rumor, Sell the news"). Which simply means we position our trades hours before the actual news comes out (trade the perception) and usually exit before the news comes out, or if the trade is already profitable, we simply trail our stops to remove risk. This style of trading comes in very handy in trading very huge reports with out having to trade through the chaos during the actual news. In essence, the true secret of timing your trade is to be there before anyone else is, We trade where the market will be, not where the market is. This is why getting our forecasts a week ahead is crucial to timing your trades.
